IMO it's a case of better late than never but in reality it's NOT leadership and indeed appears to be aimed at placating dissent at Labor's upcoming Annual Conference rather than acting to stop the US resourced genocide targeting Palestinian civilians by Netanyahu's ethnic-cleansing regime.
