well thats not surprising considering they're collectively sitting on the wall looking down of the likes of Ms Payman.
also agreed he isn't showing leadership. he might be a great leader of his party but he lacks the understanding that a real leader brings the nation along with him.... yet he has shown a bit of courage in this. he did sign on didn't he?
yet I also doubt the strength of his commitment. its one thing to send an official doc. quite another to vote in the UN.
