    good on your dtr garlic.... she's helping improve the life of a person who has struggle all their lives to become independent. I'm sure you would be upset if she was working in one of the old "retard hospitals" where these same people were imprisoned for decades.

    but these NDIS provider companies haven't been adhering to the basic necessities of employee training and management since the Libs removed so much important regulation. employee training in health and safety should still be mandatory surely.

    hopefully the current review of workplace relations will ensure such training is again mandatory.
