Perhaps we could keep a record of lies made by politicians from this point on. Is that not misinformation? What about making promises during the lead up to an election, and then not honoring them? Surely that's the worst type of misinformation?

The hypocrisy and perfidy of the so-called "elites" is staggering. The penalty for lying to the public should be 5% of their total earnings whilst in office.
