VILIFICATION: the act of saying or writing unpleasant things about someone or something, in order to cause other people to have a bad opinion of them:
Participants were asked whether they had experienced discrimination or vilification because of their race or religion.
He has had to suffer public vilification during the past 24 hours.

This was added to hinder people delving into the past history about a Jewish generation involvement with Communism and in including the large number of deaths in Russia which exceeded over 6 million souls.

It would also discourage posters looking into why there was a large USA Jewish membership in Communism after WWII.
The recent movie about Oppenheimer and the atomic bomb made reference about Jews involvement with Communism.

You will still have the right to research about the past but be SUPPRESSED from bring it up publicly for discussion or making the public aware of this part of history.

Since the advent of the Internet, governments efforts to curb free speech by introducing racial discrimination act, becoming a signatory to the IHRA guidelines; government setting up Jewish and Muslim Envoys, possibly to alter the guidelines as a finable offence.

Now the public has to content with another legislative hindrance with the introduction of this legislation!
