Sorry I don’t get your point, I’m ok with laying the amount of tax I’m paying in regards to what’s best for society, im happy with tax bracket I’m in and don’t want it chamged
, sure personally o don’t want to pay anyone buy a society function because of taxes and because of fairness.
There are generally ways to reduce it by using trusts companies etc to do things like income splitting with a partner, or to negative gear etc
If you remove negative heating from property and stocks I would be more comfortable with giving tax breaks to the over 200k
Im well in the over 200 a year club and think it’s better the tax cuts are given to the bottom and middle income earners ie the majority of the population.
The gap between the rich and poor is at the worst it’s ever been, stage 3 tax cuts will only increase that gap.
When the gap becomes too big you will have a society that doesn’t function very well…
