Don't know jrd! I was hoping a WA local could give some clarity.
If I were to guess it sounds to me like cce were well advanced with previous government, maybe even better placed than currently and were angling for wave farm to be at garden island. It would seem that the change of government may have changed plans and now Albany is set in stone. The interesting point refers to commercialised. The last presentation cce did also referred to ceto 6 being commercialised.
It would seem a bit of debate occurring over government grants for non commercialised technology! Not sure all of this positive then again they are politicians .....
