    I would think that similar facilities in Cornwall, Scotland and Oregon would make it unlikely that their will be too much interest from overseas for a very long time.

    The WaveHub facility is ready to accept wave devices, the first one might be already be there in fact. The project has and still gets EU support worth many millions of pounds.

    Unless the Albany project offers something unique, I would think only Australian technologies would be interested, at least in the medium term.

    In this link Protean gets a mention but from what I understand, they are barely surviving.

    Bombora had their beginnings in Perth but have shifted over to France to deploy one of their devices, they might be interested.
