I agree with you 100%, I dont want an actual take over.
Id be happy enoigh for a JV at GR, YC and or Ajana though.
PBP should 100% remain in ASN control IMO. PBP is the money shot.
That all said, once ASN has two operating plants churning out 30ktpa of BG Li Carbonate each, as well as other valuable minerals, then Id be open to vote in favour for a TO above say US$10 per share.
