I have always suspected that Albemarle would look to take over A1 lithium, but things have been shaken up a bit now with Koch now getting involved.
Albemarle would need to make a move much sooner before any potential of a full scale plant build agreement with Koch, especially if Koch agrees to build a production plant for equity in the Green River project and maybe the Paradox project.
My bet is on Koch becoming a significant partner over a Albemarle take over.
