I don't see it as in ASN being bought or hostile take over - BUT - it is possible for one of the LLCs that that asset could be sold .
These machinations have been discussed in the past heavily and IMHO ALB is low risk RIO on the other hand is a possibility or BIG OIL and go apart from EXXON haven't really shown they're hand yet .
