Because its the largest Lithium Company in the world which is publicly saying its interested in M+A in the Lith space. This at a time when PLS (which maybe one of the premium low cost suppliers of spodumene in the world with a project on the verge of being substantially de-risked) are trading 2c below a level that they were able to raise $100mln 12 months ago. That is they are on the verge of significant valuation upgrades off a base which consensus sees them valued at 2x the current price... That seems to me a fairly compelling M+A case..
