He may have sold 3.333 million shares but his many companies still hold about 71,ooo,ooo. He probably needs a few million dollars for some other deal he is working on, maybe MOG? I placed an order today for 100,000 share @ 2.9 but was immediately leapfrogged by a buyer @ 3.1. still plenty of buyers out there at the right price, Otway drilling getting closer.
