Had conversations with Liam and Albert Longo today,
Liam said:
- Gold produced so far in Aug indicates the total for Aug will be more than that produced in July which was 1600oz.
- There will be an announcement soon of the actual grades being milled. Production is still on target.
- He will know next week who has been selling.
I asked Albert, If the reasons for JWs departure were revealed, would that affect the markets perception of A1 minerals future prospects?
Albert said:
JW made a personal decision to resign, when the dust settles the market would see it as a POSITIVE. He then said you know, its very different running an exploration company and a mining company. He then talked about the boards review of the operation will have good numbers.
When I spoke to Albert last Tuesday about processing ore from the Supergene zone he said he was told there is high grade ore going through the plant now.
