People love to talk about their "rights" in society.

Their "right" to this or that from the government.

They seldom also talk about their obligations.

For me I consider that it is my "right" to see this share at fair value, because the only reason its not there is because Jinchuan are mis-managing this company and not fulfilling the ASX obligation to run the company for ALL shareholders. I invested in a listed company because I considered that it gave me those rights.

However with those rights come obligations. I consider that since Jinchuan is abrogating my rights it's my responsibility to stand up and do something about it. Sitting at home feeling cheated isn't going to change a thing OR make me any money.

That's why I'm involved.

Please don't get me wrong - I am absolutely NOT trying to preach or guilt you into joining the campaign if you're not yet involved, and I'm certainly not judging you!

I just wanted to make the point that perhaps its our obligation to do something about them squandering our investment, rather than sitting at home wringing our hands and feeling annoyed!
