Just go off the phone with David and he confirmed what I had guessed.

That bulk of the 11 million in cash did flow into the accounts from customer in April ( 7 million alone in last week).

That if he published the cash figures for end April they look alot different. ( he was also gobsmacked by market not understanding this fact and their current nett cash position)

That they did have some other costs to suppliers that were outstanding as at 31st Mar but that most of these incidental in size - they also had some VAT refund so in sumary the nett effect of these outstanding costs was much less significant compared with the incoming cash.

Overall view was things are still ramping up and he expects current qter to show this.

He did mention that tterms for payment with Jinchan allow them to hold back 10% for payment in future as some type of balancing( I guess it is like confirmation of the contained metal in teh shipment?) . I did not try to understand why or what this was for other than it is part of their ongoing mechinism for being paid menaing that cash from previous period will appear in current period cashflow statements.
