    $1 per share was never on the cards for Q3 as much as I would love to see that its not going to happen and it will be a while yet. It is interesting to see if the price of Nickel will fall anymore. As for the 12 percent wage increase, well I'd imagine minimum wage is very very low so an increase I don't think would make that much of a difference. But we'll see how the numbers stack up when the next Q report comes out.
