The Saudis have base case of $80 oil which they need as a minimum to finance their economy and provide austerity etc for their population. The price which they wish it to climb will be $95 USD for the long term price and they are holding back production to achieve this higher long term level price.
The outlook for o&g is very buoyant ( particularly gas for energy/elect production) . GLTAH….
