no - what I do know is that the best are now heading to China --------- the US is losing the best and so is Oz


China has so many graduates atm that they are having to control them because they can't absorb them fast enough

but, the really important thing is that China is now way ahead in most of the important technologies - and the best are heading there for that reason among others


one needs to look at the character of absorption and students ---------- not just look at quantity alone

when you read this -------------- THINK about where the people are coming that drive this --------- this just doesn't happen in a vacuum - this happens with a huge research push behind it -

research is pushed by thousands of students ----------------------- the best.

That's the problem - the deal for the best isn't in the USA or Australia now - it's in China

China will get the nuke engineers, the AI developers etc ------------- the USA and Oz - they get the out of work uber drivers and pizza delivery
