Actually, the complete losers were all the military lives lost and injured, and countless civilian casualties - not to mention the taxpayers of whom funded the unwinnable war to the tune of $trillions. Other than removing Osama from the picture, which took 10 years to accomplish, the entire war was a waste of time, lives and money. Anyone with knowledge of that country, its people and military history already knew the outcome from day one.
