Cats should not be allowed to roam free, they are killers not only that they dig up the garden and crap, tomcats spray their piss everywhere, just keep your cat home, oh those poor little birds and lizards, even in suburbia these free roaming cats are a terrible menace to the wildlife, show some commonsense and lock these cats up, should be registered as well with the council same as dogs.
