It takes years to train an RN. Why didn't it happen earlier?
Because the previous government didn't make this decision, the current Labor government did. So they need to consider how we are going to fill the gap in skills. It also doesn't take years to train an enrolled nurse to become an RN, but again what has the government offered for this to happen (sound of crickets chirping) I would suggest you do a simple Google search of Nursing Home bed closures if you want to look beyond what is happening two streets away.
But you keep defending the indefensible "its all the previous governments fault"
