Just think that workers as being a commodity on the futures market…the greater demand the higher wages or salary u will need to pay.
That follows a capitalist theme!
Haven’t u noticed that employers are looking to technology to circumvent the need to hire employees!
They’re justified in exploiting the short term stances. because I doubt that employers have any intention in becoming stationary with the advent off technology.
