Reminds me of Gough who can best be described as a "reforming leader" at a time of great social changes in this great country of ours.
I was proud that he took up the cudgels on behalf of the poor and disadvantaged workers with his support for a dollar an hour increase. I like the way he has tackled the energy issue. Just hope that he can make changes to improve the lot of ordinary Aussies who have suffered, in various ways, under successive Guvnuts since Whitlam!
