The major world economies need to get together and put sanctions on China and force them to play by agreed rules. China are the new 1940s Germany and need to be brought to heel before they get out of control. Cut off their money supply(ability to sell cheap crap into the western world) and they'll have no choice = war won without a bullet being fired
