It's the social mores most of us live by. Likely to be considered obscene by anyone over 40 I would say.
Why is it Ok to transgress such mores just because the person is a politician - or anyone for that matter?
Ok, yeah, that's a whole different story from state censorship. I acknowledge that people putting these images up are making some sort of protest.
