Yes, I agree that people are focused on a single leader. That's natural though - and in many ways, it's correct really because the group in government chose that leader - so the leader is a reflection in reality.
One problem that I see with political leaders is that because of the nature of politics - they really can't lead much.
Let's face it - if the Liberal party had a real leader, they would put a hell of a broom through the party. But, they can't. It's the nature of party.
