    The 100% pure farming areas are relatively quite small in the scheme of things.

    Yes that is true, I live in an area where intensified farming exists, also dairy farms and natural grazing.

    Because of permanent regulated water flows allows all this to happen and I see daily the tractor work done, the chemical spraying, the harvesting by pickers, the packing sheds and the trucks that go in and out daily shifting this produce and all is as close to me by 1k.

    Then you get the hills where nothing like this can be done, well that is where the cattle graze eating the grass down so when in bushfire season the threat of getting out of control can be managed better.
    We have just gone through a bad fire season where cattle could have run in those areas "at certain times" to lessen the impact, but no just get rid of the cattle all together.

    People won't be able to afford to live if there isn't a sensible balance.
