No it won't take decades for many workers if wages keep rising around about the CPI and superfunds keep returning 6%+ compounding.
When they do reach $3 million they can't undo it. They'll be paying the new tax rate and getting taxed also on unrealised pretend capital gains that aren't yet earned.
