Another thread dancing around the core issue with our economy. Say it with me now...... HOUSING BUBBLE

A city needs teachers, nurses, police, childcare workers, retail workers, disability workers, age care workers..... and what do they now all have in common thanks to the economic vandalism of the liberals in the 1990's? They can never afford to own a home in the cities they live in and service. They are locked into high rents and eating dog food from the gutter when they are too old to work thanks to rent being more than the pension.

We cannot swiftly (perhaps at all) beat inflation and cost of living with a 4% RBA rate. It is not a high rate, it is a normal rate. 19% it took to beat inflation last time. 4% is a normal average rate, it is where it should be in a healthy system.

So we are screwed, bursting the bubble is the only solution for the future of our country. Blaming Albo for a macro issue caused by Howard & Costello is very shallow and pointless thinking. Makes me laugh when you think back at all those "cant trust labor" with the economy elections from Howard & Costello.

Only question is did they know this would be the result of turning housing away from being a human right and into a passive wealth generation system? Did they know and not care or were they just economic morons????
