This should be a wakeup call for Albo. He is rapidly becoming toxic. His inability to articulate what the Voice means and inability to answer questions on detail are making Dutton look good, as Dutton is asking the questions that most want to hear. Dutton is reading the room better and helping ensure we don't add a layer of government (That is debatable as nobody has the detail). Albos complete pre-occupation with the Voice is frustrating the public as he is not doing anything meaningful about cost of living and inflation. If he is, it is being lost with the wall to wall coverage of the Voice. Dutton doesn't deserve the popularity growth, but Albo is gifting it as Dutton is seeming reasonable, and everytime the ALP blowhards mention Dutton with reference to the Voice they are elevating his status.
