@pintohoo; IMO Julian Assange's release via Wikileaks of documentation of US war crimes a / crimes against humanity should have been a wake-up call to the USA to get its house in order.

It chose instead to pervert the course of justice, to corrupt western democratic values and processes by pursuing a whistle-blower / journalist as it sought to cover its putrid, blood-stained tracks as part of its propaganda war against other countries including Russia, China, North Korea and Iran.

Assange has forfeited his health, fourteen years of his life and those who believe in western democratic values and processes have been kicked in the groin by the USA and its 'agencies'. The USA has further degenerated into a rogue military state, even funding genocidal regimes and exacerbating global conflicts such as that between Russia and Ukraine.

And Australia continues to go all the way with the USA by signing up to AUKUS even as the USA demands we work closely together to provoke a major war with China.
