Yes excelsior, everyone today downloads much more now than they upload but the NBN is being built for the next generation who will have remote monitoring and analysis of just about everything from anywhere at anytime.
Businesses will take advantage of the possibilities. Building for the future will drive investment and enable us to attract tech workers etc and export something other than coal in the future when the world has gone green with or without us.
Only ubiquitous fast upload will drive business investment, a minority capability will not make business invest. Need a mass market.
