They did cut $1bn from spending on corrupt consultancies.... who were then using that money to sell Tax policy to multinational tech companies so they could avoid paying taxes. I dare say that eclipses any growth in public sector wages.
Remind me? What is the score on surpluses over the last decade? That is the best measurement surely?
