nope - I think it's probably insignificant
I think there's far more significant things/causations of current woes -
some would be
the encroachment of NATO on Russia
the Russian invasion
the collapse of the petrodollar
the hangover from Covid response
the continuing economic rise of china
they are all global matters ------- on top of that each nation has it's own politics
things like
for Oz - dreadful lack of vision creating a massive housing crisis (and more)
for UK - the bombshell of Brexit etc
the latter are merely 2 examples of 2 nations - there's a long list
the woke stuff won't rate a mention in history books in half a century or a century
