And you think that wages would have grown under a Morrison led LNP?? since the election, if they had won
well, lotsa luck there with that dream. I suggest you'll probably wake up and grasp that it was just an illogical dream
9 years of LNP - and wages went 'where exactly'????
Australia continually looks away from what the real - pretty much one and only issue is for Australians -
the cost of shelter - where to sleep, where to have the kitchen
every single thing about it breaks Australia
it's a monstrous tie up of capital in non productive assets (and crap assets at that)
ownership (mortgage free) of property - is the definer of poverty or not
it is the major stressor of finance and economics
it's got such atrocious spinoffs - such as homelessness, extreme risk of natural disaster because of a crisis shortage of accommodation,
totally shoddy buildings - over half of all NSW new apartments have severe building faults (how's that for quality building)
a tradesperson shortage crisis (and quality trades shortage crisis even bigger)
If homes were a quarter of the cost -------- wage pressures - income pressure, would disappear like into a magic mist.
'it's the economy stupid' - drilled down in Australia means - 'it's the cost of shelter stupid'
The great Aussie dream has become The great Aussie nightmare
