Rents On The Rise is the logical outcome.

Well the more I think about it the better off as a housing investor I maybe under Anthony Albanese's ALP Left Wing Wacko Economics.

Just recently mentioned to my tenant that with the possible 5.1% increase from Albo to the minimum wage, he will be now able to afford the increase in Rent of $40 per week.

As of 1 July 2021 the National Minimum Wage is $20.33 per hour or $772.60 per week

If we add an increase of 5.1% that raises the minimum weekly income by $39.72. ( mmmm sounds good doesn't it )

Well it now seems I don't have to feel too bad about the Rental Increase, the 40 bucks has been covered by Albo's gracious handout courtesy of the poor old Australian Employer.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm Happy Worker under Albanese ???? Actually Maybe Not !!
The worker will be worse off once he pays his 19% tax on his extra $39.72 pay rise ! which leaves him with just over $32
