Well I cant see this making much of a difference when one considers the current 2023 costs to building & current land prices.
Northern Territory ( $50Mill/$365,000 = 136 ) must be jumping with joy with an extra 136 New State government built homes.
ACT with just 113 new homes for their $50Million handshake
