I get the point of NDIS. its enormous but its replaced the enormous cost of State management of disability services which were woefully inadequate.

NDIS is the approx equivalent of giving the S&Ts a 5% increase in the GST.

and for Aboriginal matters, we may have seen a significant rationalisation of funding had we backed in the Voice.
