all the high court did was exhume the corpse, buried under the migration act.. the public are shocked but have not really been informed about the whole grubby process that lead up to this point in time

Make them Australians, prosecute them under Australian Law, lock them up and throw away the key.. that would solve the problem, satiate the ordinaries and satisfy to an extent the principle of separation of powers that is the foundation of modern civilization..
