Anybody who puts properties in the one identity is a fool, why pay land tax when anybody with half a brain can avoid it by putting properties in different identities ie Trusts , companies, personal and Superfunds.
Its highly doubtful the ATO would be able to connect the data, but its the State government that charges Land tax.
