From the link, it shows vapour emitted by planes, condenses, but because of being -40C, it can not evaporate, but solidifies, ... thus the "contrails".
From this video on the same link, it shows people breathing out air that does not solidify, ... at -52'C.
It just disintegrates and blows away, ... so why is there a difference between plane emissions and human breath emissions ?
