If you take a look at the RAP chart way back to when it was 1.8c and left a gap on the chart (sill not filled). Went higher on that day and left a Gravestone Doji (bearish), the rest is history.
ALC today gapped up, hasn't filled so far. Left a shooting star candle, also bearish.
But the important thing to note is that the same people behind RAP are involved in ALC, so it should be no surprise that the chart is behaving in a similar fashion.
