I thought it was a fairly open minded debate but each to their own. Both Coalition and ALP have plans to release some crown land to ease the squeeze.
Rudd says he will do so but not so that it will hurt surrounding area's prices. That is called "having your cake and eating it too"..."I want to make property more affordable but not if it reduces property prices." That's politicians for you.
