I'd say it is much more likely to bounce 67% from the pivot point (which btw I believe is 5.8c)
The last run was from 4.2 to 7.0 which is 67%... the next run will probably be from 5.8 to 9.7, also being 67%
I'll also add that being so close to 10c, it may overshoot & touch 10 or 10.5
