Well if there is an imminent acquisition that certainly gives a few people (the target, brokers, etc.) a very strong incentive to keep the SP down!
Considering the $5.7M in the bank and being cash flow positive I reckon it's fair to say any CR would have to only be for a very positive acquisition. Maybe it will even be the catalyst for a re-rate.
There's not much volume determining the ALC share price at the moment. I'm looking to average in at these prices as I see this as a low-risk entry and know that if any really good news is released the sell depth will evaporate and I'll be paying much more.
