Well if it breaks 'hard n fast' pj, it'll be around some sort of re-rate news.
And then the chart squiggles will all be validated.
If not, well then we'll just drift inexorably along until some entity with enough wealth to make it happen will take us on a self serving ride that increases their prosperity, and makes the rest of us temporarily happy and excited.
