Over 90% of the Shares to be released from escrow are held by Alcidion managers and staff and are therefore subject to the Company’s share trading policy. The policy requires that all trading by directors, management and staff, including both the timing and number of shares to be traded, is approved by the Company and includes blackout periods when no trading can occur, such as during preparation of year-end financial results.
