I think you are confused with the term cash flow positive and profitability. The business can be profitable without being cash flow-positive, and you can have a positive cash flow without actually making a profit. Have a read this you will have better understanding of them.

I would expect Q1 of FY20 to be a neutral quarter given the increased marketing and re branding cost, it might be negative cashflow in terms of operations but the overall cashflow could still be neutral one as the company has received from $700k from BL when he exercised those 10 millions share options.
