Yeh I've never quite understood really low ball offers also, the share price has already dropped significantly from it's high... 18c was the CR done by investors that obviously took more risk to believe in the future growth. If we got to 15c now I'd be more concerned than buying more. We all want a lower price when we buy but not at the expense of something being wrong with the company. Can't have it both ways!
